Yes. The Skylar application is free. AI access is offered through a paid package after the free 30-day AI trial. Your protocol workspace remains available at no cost.

What does the AI base package cost and include?

The AI base package costs $0.60 per EMS call. It includes EMS, ERG, Routing, and Events assistants, plus conversation analytics.

Can referrals earn credits for our department?

Yes. The referral program offers credits back to your department for referring other departments to Skylar. Contact the 912 Dynamics team for program details.

When should a department ask about Enterprise pricing?

Departments with more than 15,000 EMS calls can get Enterprise pricing and should schedule a call. Custom agents also require an enterprise agreement.

Are ARFF, Fire, and Policies agents available now?

ARFF, Fire, and Policies agents are coming soon. They are separate from the current AI base package of EMS, ERG, Routing, and Events.
